Information we collect

When you submit an auction interest form, we collect the personal details you provide: your first and last name, email address and/or phone number, the lot you selected, any maximum bid amount and any additional notes. We also record the date and time of your submission.

How we use your information

Your information is used solely to contact you regarding your auction request and to manage the Silent Auction in support of La Maison des Femmes de Saint-Martin. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention

We retain submission data only as long as necessary to administer the event and fulfil any resulting commitments, after which it is securely deleted.
